It should be taken at least 30 minutes before sexual activity and requires sexual stimulation to work. It can be taken before or after meals. Pulmonary arterial hypertension is a form of high blood pressure that impacts the arteries in the lungs and the heart. It is given only for mens not for womens. It is given only for men's not for women's. It may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Exercise caution when using it in individuals with kidney disease.

• Certain health conditions, like retinitis pigmentosa, may contraindicate use of sildenafil.
• Always disclose your full medical history to your healthcare provider.
• Monitor for any unusual symptoms after taking the medication.

Adjustments to the dosage may be necessary, so it's important to seek advice from your doctor.

• Sildenafil 50 mg is a prescription medication, requiring a healthcare provider’s approval.
